sketchbook project - page 1
So, I jumped into my Sketchbook this evening and got started on my first page.
For the sketchbook project you need to choose a theme, and I chose “pictures and descriptions” because I thought it would give me lots of opportunity to just create images of those random, odd things that pop into my brain.
For the first page though, I thought it would be fitting to show you a small few of my favourite things.
No, not raindrops on roses, or whiskers on kittens. Not even brown paper packages tied up with string (though aren’t they wonderful !!)
These are a few of my favourite creative things. The things I use when I’m drawing and painting.
Let’s see, there’s pens, pencils, sharpies, biros, ink, paint, paintbrushes, watercolour……
I’ll be adding a description to the book page as I go, and most likely more stuff of some type or other, but for now, this is where I’m at with it.
It feels great to have made a start :)
